Lung Anatomy Project (Class 3–5)
This Lung Anatomy Project helps students learn how our lungs work in a fun and easy way. The model is made using cardboard, plastic bags, and a straw. This project helps children understand how air goes into our lungs and how we breathe every day. It makes learning science interesting and enjoyable.
What students learn:
- How we breathe in and breathe out
- How lungs work
- Basic parts of the respiratory system
- Learning science through a hands-on activity
This project is easy to make and perfect for science class or school exhibitions. During class or exhibition presentation, kids can give this speech to introduce the project.
Speech for a Student
Good morning respected teachers and my dear friends,
Today I am going to explain my Lung Anatomy Project.
This project shows how our lungs help us breathe.
The plastic bags in this model act like lungs, and the straw acts like the windpipe.
When I blow air into the straw, the bags fill with air. This is called inhalation.
When the air comes out, the bags become small again. This is called exhalation.
This shows how we breathe in oxygen and breathe out carbon dioxide.
Our lungs are very important for our body, so we should keep them healthy by exercising and avoiding pollution.
Thank you for listening. 😊
