Parts of the Body – THE LEG
These are my legs.
I walk and run with my legs.
This is my thigh.
The thigh is the upper part of the leg that connects the hip and the knee.
This is my calf.
The calf is the back part of the lower leg.
This is my shin.
Shin is the front part of the leg below the knee and above the ankle.
This is my ankle.
The ankle joins the foot to the leg and helps me move my foot.
This is my knee.
The knee connects the thigh and the lower leg, allowing me to bend my leg.
This is my foot, the part I stand and walk on.
This is my heel.
The heel is the back part of the foot below the ankle.
These are my toes. They are at the end of my foot.
