These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Kidpid.com (“Kidpid”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website, products, apps, and digital services (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.

1. Use of the Service

You agree to use Kidpid only for lawful and educational purposes. You must not:

  • Attempt to disrupt or impair the Service
  • Share or redistribute copyrighted material without permission
  • Attempt to bypass security features or paid membership restrictions
  • Use automated systems to download or duplicate materials

Kidpid reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

2. Copyright & DMCA Policy

Kidpid respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that copyrighted content has been used on Kidpid without authorization, submit a DMCA notice including the following information:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  2. Identification and location (URL) of the infringing material
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized
  4. A statement that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  5. Contact information of the complaining party
  6. Digital or physical signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative

Upon valid notification, the content will be removed and the uploader notified. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for repeated infringement.

3. Product & Membership Pricing

  • Prices for digital products and memberships are displayed on Kidpid.com
  • Pricing may change without prior notice; however, changes do not affect previous purchases
  • Discounts and promotional offers may apply at checkout if available
  • All prices are displayed in USD, unless otherwise stated
  • Applicable taxes (if any) will be calculated at checkout

4. Digital Product Delivery

Kidpid provides digital products only (e.g., worksheets, printables, e-books, and online resources). All digital products are delivered immediately after successful payment, typically via:

  • Download link on the order confirmation page
  • Email confirmation (if applicable)

5. Refund Policy

Because digital products cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, all sales are final.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product has been downloaded, opened, or accessed
  • Purchases were made knowingly and successfully delivered

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • A technical issue prevents access and cannot be resolved
  • An accidental purchase is reported within 24 hours and the product has not been accessed

  • Order number
  • Product name
  • Description of the issue

Refund decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

6. Cancellation Policy

Digital Products

Once a digital product has been delivered or downloaded, cancellations are not permitted.

Membership / Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial or prorated refunds are provided for unused subscription time.

Members retain access to premium content until the current billing period ends.

7. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
  • Ensuring account activity complies with these Terms

Account sharing, reselling, or distributing paid material without authorization is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Kidpid is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services
  • Educational content is provided for informational purposes only, without professional guarantees

9. Termination

Kidpid may suspend or terminate accounts immediately, without prior notice, if:

  • Users violate these Terms
  • Fraud or abuse is detected
  • Unauthorized content distribution is identified

Users may also terminate their account voluntarily by contacting connect@kidpid.com.

10. Modifications to Terms

Kidpid may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
