Don’t let the word FAT scare you

It can be menacing to lose weight quickly as it is unhealthy and counterproductive because when you initiate a crash diet you’re giving a shock to your body by a change in the routine it isn’t used to. It can toggle the switch to survival mode and that can come in the form of slow metabolism.

This occurrence began in the early Victorian Era including the vinegar diet, banting diet. But did that work? Maybe yes because low-carbohydrate plans have diuretic effects.

This will sound exhilarating that primarily high protein diets make you lose weight, but sodium is given away until the body can balance itself out and short fluid weight loss may occur and drops the metabolic rate to adapt which results in diminishing the diet effect.

Fad diets can starve your body of necessary nutrients, vitamins, and minerals. Even skipping meals can gain weight i.e if you consume less food in a given time will go down, but that would be a temporary result which is harmful.

When you think of fat in the diet like fried food, fat which are saturated it trans-fat are bad for us can lead to cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, and obesity.

You don’t wanna miss the tips

Monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats are found in foods like nuts which helps you escalate your internal body temperature and accelerate calories, but they should be consumed at a moderate level. Try superfoods like blueberries, specific vegetables, or acai which are high in nutrients and healthy ingredients to a balanced diet.

  • Atkins diet is a low carb diet that includes a 2-week induction phase of allowing proteins.
  • A vegan diet considered a very ethical and healthy way of eating that includes food like fruits and vegetables, Legumes,  Nuts, Seeds, Bread, rice, pasta, etc. Typically no animal products.
  • 5:2 diet or the fastest diet, normally this diet is for 5 days a week, restricting calorie intake of 500-600 for two days each week, consider it alternate-day fasting.
  • The Paleo diet restricts many foods like dairy, legumes, grains, etc. It encourages to consume of a variety of nutritious plants and animal foods

Diets are not erroneous but they play a prominent role in getting fit. It is always best to consult a doctor or nutritionists on your diet plan as they will examine you and be aware of the circumstances.
