This exercise will help kids learn basic comparison rules. In the above, there are a total of five exercises that are given. So for each exercise, the rule will be the same.  Kids need to arrange the smallest number first and then the largest. Let’s understand this exercise through an example: 849, 14,882, 542, and 8,270. As we can see, this is not an arranged form, so we have to arrange this exercise. So, as per the rule, we have to arrange the smallest number first; as we can see, the smallest number among all is 542. So we need to place 542 in the first position. Now we have to place the second number that is slightly greater than this number (542). As we can see, 842 is a slightly larger number than 542. So, the second number will be 849. The same rule we have to follow again, and in the end, we will get: 542,849,8270,14,882.

This exercise will develop special skills in kids, such as math, understanding numbers, and critical thinking. A total of five exercises are given above, and for all, we have to follow the same rules as done above. Let’s take an example: 9,227, 67,254, 189, 1,029.  Now, as per the rule, we have to find out the smallest number and put it in the first position. So, as we can see, the smallest number among all is 189; we have to put it in the first position. And then we have to find out the slightly large number from 189, that is 1029, and we have to follow the process until the numbers are managed in their correct form.  And at the end, we will get 189,1,029,9,227,67,254.

Solving these exercises will help kids boost confidence in their math abilities. Let’s solve a query: 69,477; 2,090; 5,826; 58,891. For this query, we have to follow the same rule. Find the smallest number and then place it in the first place, and then find the slightly largest number and then place it in the second place, and repeat the same process until the numbers are managed. So after following the rules, we will get the final managed numbers: -2,090; 5,826; 58,891; 69,477.

This concept is especially helpful for 4th-grade kids, which helps to improve their math skills. In the above, there are a total of five exercises; we will solve the first one, and the rest of the exercises have to be solved by the kids. For the first, 99,356, 48,169, 178,254, 53,682. As per the rule, we have put the smallest number in the first position, then put the slightly largest number in the second position, and follow the rule until the numbers are not managed. So the final answer is 48,169, 53,682, 99,356, 178,254.
