For making Cupcake liner duck craft take two blue-colored paper one of which is light blue color and the other one is the dark blue color. Cut the dark blue color paper in half and paste it on the bottom of the light blue color paper. Draw ducks as per your convince or in a similar manner shown in the picture. For this, you need yellow paper for making the face and cupcake liner for making the body and wing glue them all together and paste googly eyes and beak to it.
